Traffic enforcement a priority? What about all the Crack houses in East and North Waco? What about one of the highest per capita crime rates in the State? The Waco Police Department has remained extremely short-handed on Officers while the crime rate has been allowed to soar for decades. Waco City Hall runs the Police Department and Waco City Hall is squarely to blame. Waco has become one of the most crime infested cities in the State. Austin and San Antonio have saturated their cities with Police Officers….Waco has not. Try calling the Waco Police for help and see how long it takes them to arrive (if they even show up)? Shame on Waco City Hall for letting crime in Waco get totally out of control.
