Response to Editorial: A better looking Waco

I cannot visualize how a new proposal for allowing garbage carts to remain at the curbside on the streets for 62 hours, will make a better looking Waco! From past experience I observe, trash falling out of the carts of some before pick-up. After pick-up I see carts laying on their sides, some partially out in the street and open lids that can create unplesent odors. This certainly is not a pretty site for Waco! June

The good thing about those huge gray containers being out on the curb is that they effectively block the view of the houses and all the torn-up living room sofas on the front porches.
