This team is certainly on its way up. With newcomers stepping up and making big plays, and with a respectable running game, this program is producing more hype than in 14 years. Who know’s who else they can beat with this murderers row of a schedule remaining. However, they do have a legitimate shot at Nebraska and should hammer the Aggies. 5-6 isn’t out of the realm of possibilities. And another great thing about this team and season is that the cellar of the Big 12 South now resides down Hwy 6 in College Station. Keep up the good work Bears!!!!
A few of us predicted that Art Briles and staff would change the ways of Baylor- we are not surprised. There could have been a couple more wins, but you can see and enjoy what is happening. There are some more tests ahead, and this is only the first year of the turnaround, but Boy! is this exciting. Just be a Baylor Bear fan and enjoy the ride. It is going to be fun! If everyone does all that they can, it will be an amazing time in Waco. Coach Briles always gives credit to the kids and he always talks about the fans coming and being loud. He knows that it is real important!! Go Bears!
I’ll chart a course somewhere between Brad and Brandon. If we play hard and execute well the remainder of the season, we will win a couple more, but we still need better special teams play. There is plenty of room for improvement
Thank goodness there is still a team like Iowa State in the Big 12. Gives the Bears a chance to win a game in the league. They will probably beat a sorry A&M team too. Thought they had a chance against Nebraska but after their play against Tech I dont think so. A good 4 win year with 3 wins over teams that couldnt beat anybody. I will admit they do have a good QB. If they can get enough players around him they will improve.

Honestly we need to put this into perspective.
We have beaten no one that we weren’t suppose to beat. ISU is a bad team and poorly coached.
Are we going in the right direction? Yes.
