The meeting will still take place in the Harvard Room at Mason High School, but it will start at 7 p.m. instead of 7:30 p.m.

Spokeswoman Tracey Carson said the meeting was changed due to a scheduling conflict.

Kings calls special meeting

The Kings Local Schools Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. tonight, August 6, at the district’s new transportation facility at 5620 Columbia Road.

The meeting is expected to include a discussion on energy conservation, utility rates and the district’s building program. A tour of some of the district’s facilities is also planned.

The board may go into executive session to consider administrators’ employment and compensation, but the board does not expect to take any action.
