Marshall Symphony League will host its annual Taste of Symphony Saturday, Nov. 7, at the home of Laura Wall at 4778 Tolivar Road.
It is the league's second largest fund-raiser of the year, which benefits Marshall Symphony.
Homemade desserts, casseroles, breads and relishes will be available for sale from 11 a.m to 2 p.m.
Funds raised aids musical programs in the community, provides scholarships, benefits the orchestra and supports music education programs in schools.
Complimentary parking with shuttle service will be provided by Junior Symphony League members.
"It's some of the best Marshall has to offer," Ms. Sims said of the items for sale.
"You won't be disappointed if you came out and see what members of the Symphony League have to offer," Ms. Wall, co-chair of the event said.
She added they will have family favorites from recipes passed down through generations.
