<strong>Arrests by the Marshall Police Department</strong>

<ul> <li>Lucious Leray Hillary, 1325 Poplar St., parole violation, Monday.</li> <li>Eddie Ray Richardson, 4475 Callaway Road, parole violation, Monday.</li> <li>David Lee Stafford, 56, 1104 E. Houston St., disorderly conduct, 3:35 p.m. Monday.</li> <li>Cordell Duron Williams, 23, 207 Holcomb St., theft of wire/cable/copper, 12:35 a.m. Tuesday.</li> <li>Brion Dewayne Survia, 23, 1901 Grafton St., theft of wire/cable/copper, 12:35 a.m. Tuesday.</li> </ul>

<strong>Incidents reported to the Marshall Police Department</strong>

<ul> <li>Burglary of motor vehicle: 1900 block of Houston Street. A company truck had been broken into, 9:22 a.m. Monday.</li> <li>Burglary of motor vehicle: 300 block of Burleson Street. A person stated his golf clubs had been stolen from his vehicle, 3:08 p.m. Monday.</li> <li>Burglary of motor vehicle: 3300 block of Meadow Lane. A wallet was stolen, 7:35 p.m. Monday.</li> <li>Burglary of motor vehicle: 300 block of Burleson Street. A speaker and iPod were stolen from a vehicle, 8:34 p.m. Monday.</li> <li>Theft of wire/cable: 1300 block of Houston Street/Workman Electric. Officers were dispatched to a business in reference to a possible burglary in progress. Upon arrival, two male subjects ran on foot, but were found a short time later, 11:55 p.m. Monday.</li> <li>Recover abandoned property: 18 block of Buena Vista Drive. 12:07 a.m. Tuesday.</li> </ul>

<ul> <li>Lawrence Timothy McTigue, 2823 Amos St., Longview, delivery of a controlled substance, Monday.</li> <li>Debra Young Pankey, 222 PR 3479, Gladewater, delivery of a controlled substance, Monday.</li> </ul>

<strong>I</strong><strong>ncidents reported to the Harrison County Sheriff's Office</strong>

<ul> <li>Assault: Farm-to-Market Road 2625, Marshall. A family member was assaulted, Friday.</li> <li>Theft: Farm-to-Market Road 968, Longview. Property was stolen from a vehicle, Sunday.</li> <li>Criminal mischief: Hallsville. A mailbox was damaged, Monday.</li> <li>Theft: Dee Scott Road, Longview. A handgun was stolen from a residence, Monday.</li> <li>Burglary of a habitation: Farm-to-Market Road 3251, Marshall. A residence was broken into and a television was stolen, Monday.</li> <li>Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle: Post Oak Road, Hallsville. A vehicle was not returned to its owner, Monday.</li> <li>Assault: Marshall. An inmate was assaulted by another inmate in Harrison County Jail, Monday.</li> <li>Theft: Diana. Old cars were stolen from a property, Monday.</li> <li>Assault by threat: Farm-to-Market Road 2208. A person was threatened by an ex-boyfriend, Monday.</li> </ul>

<ul> <li>Michael Robert Kroll, 3300 Lansing Switch, Longview, failure to maintain financial responsibility, driving while license invalid, Monday.</li> <li>Robert Earl Richardson, 349 Gamel Road, Longview, Upshur County warrant for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle and Gregg County warrant for driving while intoxicated, Monday.</li> </ul>
