Michael Ralph Hughes, 42, 1110 A. Julie St., Marshall, criminal trespassing, 10:12 p.m., Saturday.
Harold Douglas Thomas, 33, 600 E. Burleson St., Marshall, disorderly conduct, 1:38 a.m., Sunday.
Incidents reported to Marshall Police Department
Intoxicated Driver: 2000 block of Norwood Street. 7:47 p.m., Saturday.
Harassment: 900 block of East Burleson Street. 8:01 p.m., Saturday.
Disturbance: Higgins Street. Someone reported seven to eight subjects gathered on a corner talking very loudly, 8:20 p.m., Saturday.
Family Dispute: 800 block of Ivy Street. A man reported that his ex-wife was refusing to let him get clothes for their children, 8:26 p.m., Saturday.
Disturbance: 2800 block of Lake Street. Someone reported two subjects were across the street arguing, 9:06 p.m., Saturday.
Disturbance: 1300 block of East Crockett Street. A man reported that his brother was threatening him with a rifle, 9:52 p.m., Saturday,
Assault: 300 block of East Pinecrest Drive. A man reported that he was threatened by his ex-wife, 10:08 p.m., Saturday.
Criminal Mischief: 4300 block of Forest Trail. Someone reported juveniles throwing eggs and toilet paper in his front yard, 10:23 p.m., Saturday.
Intoxicated Driver: West Houston Street. Someone reported a person driving down West Houston Street while drinking, 11:15 p.m., Saturday.
Disturbance: 1000 block of Jasper Drive. Someone reported a man yelling, cussing and breaking a windshield on his wife's car, 12:29 a.m., Sunday.
Disturbance: 3000 block of Poplar Street. A woman reported that her daughter was tearing up the house and that she broke a fish tank, 2:36 a.m., Sunday.
Assault: 1000 block of East Fannin Street. 4:41 a.m., Sunday.

Arthur Downs, 42, East Interstate 20, Marshall, warrant for failure to return to jail after work release, 11:50 p.m., Saturday.
Mark Foulk, 43, East Interstate 20, Marshall, driving while license was invalid, 11:50 p.m., Saturday.
Sally Downs, 40, East Interstate 20, Marshall, possession of drugs, 11:50 p.m., Saturday.

As of 4:23 p.m., Sunday, there were 171 inmates housed in the Harrison County Jail. The local facility has the capacity for 150 with the rest housed out of county.
