Arrests by Marshall Police Department

Michael Leon Wilson, 50, 2711 W. Grand Ave., Marshall, criminal trespass and MPD warrants for disorderly conduct and public intoxication, 8:06 a.m., Monday.

Ronnie Adrian Simmons, 53, 903 May St., Marshall, HCSO warrant for theft by check over $20 and under $500, 10:10 a.m., Monday.

Porche Nicole Williams, 19, 134 Kade Road, Scottsville, MPD warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility, first offense, and expired driver's license, 12:56 p.m., Monday.

Incidents by Marshall Police Department

Criminal trespass: Loop 390. Someone was scaring the customers and being disorderly, 7:42 a.m., Monday.

Theft over $1,500: 1500 block of West Houston Street. A report of theft by check, 1:42 p.m., Monday.

Burglary: 400 block of West Burleson Street. A report of theft, 2:05 p.m., Monday.

Assault family violence: 300 block of West Burleson Street. A report of assault was made, 3:12 p.m., Monday.

Theft over $50 and under $500: 100 block of Riggs Circle. Someone reported a theft, 4:12 p.m., Monday.

Miscellaneous incident: 1500 block of Indians Springs Drive South. Someone was being harrassed on the telephone, 10:23 p.m, Monday

Assault (all other and simple): Milton Street and West Houston Street. A woman reported she was assaulted, 12:21 a.m., Tuesday.

Criminal mischief: 1600 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard. A fight in progress, 2:04 a.m., Tuesday.

Criminal mischief: 1000 block of Kingfish Street. A woman reported her window busted, 3:41 a.m., Tuesday.

David Loyd Brown, 3084 Webb Rogers Road, Waskom, parole violation, Monday.

Sid Wesley Nash, 3300 Lansing Switch Road Lot #118, Longview, assault causes bodily injury family violence, Monday.

Lonnie Dewayne Pryor Jr., 625 Melton St., Longview, violation of probation for possession of a controlled substance, Monday.

Earles Ray Roberts, P.O. Box 445, Shreveport, La., criminal mischief, Monday.

Incidents by Harrison County Sheriff's Department

Burglary: Lotta Road. A man reported someone broke into his house and took $154, Tuesday.

Assault: Emmanuel Road. A woman reported she was assaulted by her husband, Monday.

Arrest by Texas Department for Public Safety

Markus Terrall Robinson, 611 S. Church St., Elysian Fields, failed to maintain financial responsibility and driver not secured by seat belt, Monday.

Patrick George Hardesty Jr., 4905 Purdue Drive, Metairie, La., possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance, Monday.

Arrests by Waskom Police Department

Blair Nicole Grantham, Farm-to-Market Road 134, Waskom, public intoxication minor, third offense, and resisting arrest, search or transport, Monday.

Jail Population

As of 3 p.m. Tuesday there were 194 inmates in the Harrison County Jail. The facility has the capacity for 150 with the rest housed out of county.
