Jessie James Sharpless, 22, 208 Louise Creek Drive, Marshall, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and assault, 11 a.m., Saturday.
Incidents reported to the Marshall Police Department
Juvenile Complaint: Phillips/Lothrop Street. Someone reported three juveniles who were possibly runaways, 6:44 p.m., Friday.
Assault: 1600 block of West Grand Avenue. Someone reported two people fighting, 7:41 p.m., Friday.
Intoxicated Driver: Interstate 20/Farm-to-Market Road 31. Someone reported a drunk driver parked on the side of the road after driving on the wrong side of the road, 11:16 p.m., Friday.
Harassment: 100 block of Oakley Street. A man reported that his daughter would not stop harassing him over the phone, 3:20 a.m., Saturday.
