Michael Lynn Liston, 47, 300 Interstate Highway 20, Marshall, MPD warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, Wednesday.

Gilberto Espinoza Ramirez, 22, Houston Street, Marshall, failure to maintain financial responsibility and no valid driver's license, 12:20 a.m., Thursday.

David James Cherry, 23, 1203 Oris St., Marshall, possession of controlled substance and speeding, 1:17 a.m., Thursday.

Amy A. Martin, 33, 812 Saratoga St., Longview, MPD warrant driving while license valid and disregarding a stop sign, 3:42 a.m., Thursday.

Billy Joe Brown, 35, 1708 Myrtlewood Drive, Marshall, Dallas County warrants for possession of a controlled substance, 3:42 a.m., Thursday.

Incidents by Marshall Police Department

Theft over $500 and under $1,500: 5000 block of East End Boulevard South. A generator was taken out of the bed of a truck, 8:02 a.m., Wednesday.

Burglary of a motor vehicle: 100 block of Interstate Highway 20 West. A tool box was taken from a truck, 12:10 p.m., Wednesday.

Burlgary: 700 block of Wiley Avenue. A burglary occurred, 3 p.m., Wednesday.

Assault (all other and simple): 1300 block of Johnson Street. Someone was assaulted, 4:25 p.m., Wednesday.

Theft under $50: 1000 block of East Grand Avenue. Items were taken from a business, 5:03 p.m., Wednesday.

Jimmy Lee Handy, 727 Sara Drive, Mesquite, violation of probation for forgery of a financial instrument, Wednesday.

Kirk Ternell Saddler, 9855 Shadow Way, Dallas, criminal nonsupport, Wednesday.

Louie Dericke Sanders, 6231 College Way, Dallas, Texas Department of Criminal Justice warrant for theft more than $1,500 and less than $20,000, Wednesday.

Berma Dewayne Hogan, 2019 Stampede Drive, Apt. 1606, Shreveport, La., possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a firearm by felon, Wednesday.

As of 3 p.m. Thursday, there were 197 inmates in the Harrison County Jail. The facility has the capacity for 150 with the rest housed out of county.
