Chiquita Breene Price, 21, 1400 Elysian Fields, MPD warrant, no driver's license, 1:23 a.m. Saturday.

Incidents reported to the Marshall Police Department

Person with a weapon: 2100 block of Lower Port Caddo Road. A man was chasing a child with a gun, 6:35 p.m. Friday.

Loud music: Bryan/Milton. Loud music was heard in the area, 6:52 p.m. Saturday.

Reckless conduct: 5900 block of Karnack Highway. Motorcycles were racing up and down the highway, 7:02 p.m. Saturday.

Reckless conduct: South Allen/University Avenue. A female was driving all over the road with small children in the car, 7:50 p.m. Saturday.

Disturbance: 2800 block of Lake Street, 8:13 p.m. Saturday.

Welfare check: 1100 block of Harper Drive. A woman could hear a female screaming in the woods behind her residence, 9:06 p.m. Saturday.

Suspicious person: Caddo/John Reagan. A man dressed in blue shorts was carrying a pipe, 10:12 p.m. Saturday.

Hit-and-run: 600 block of Martha Street. 10:23 p.m. Saturday.

Theft: 500 block of East End Boulevard. There was a gas drive-off, 10:48 p.m. Saturday.

Assault: 1000 block of Mahone Street. A man assaulted his girlfriend, 11:21 p.m. Saturday.

Prowler: 700 block of Bluebonnet Lane. There was a prowler in the area, 12:28 a.m. Sunday.

Reckless conduct: 1300 block of Pinecrest Drive. A female at the drive-through lane of a fast food restaurant was possibly drunk, 12:42 a.m. Sunday.
