Arrests by the Marshall Police Department
James Todd Arnold, 40, 9290 Farm-to-Market Road 1793, Karnack, speeding, expired motor vehicle license, no liability insurance, Sunday.
Incidents reported to the Marshall Police Department
Criminal mischief: 6000 block of East End Boulevard. Someone attempted to take two lawn mowers and one trailer from the rear of a building. One mower was damaged, 7:33 a.m. Friday.
Burglary of motor vehicle: 300 block of Burleson Street. Someone burglarized a truck and stole a GPS device, 1:28 p.m. Friday.
Burglary: 4400 block of Rebel Lane. A weed eater was stolen, 4:19 p.m. Friday.
Criminal mischief: 1200 block of Blackburn Street. A suspect damaged a door by kicking it open, broke a chair and kicked out a window air conditioning unit in two different bedrooms and cut the cords with a pair of scissors, 9:27 p.m. Friday.
Criminal mischief: 2700 block of Norwood Street. All four tires of a person's vehicle were flat, 11:38 p.m. Friday.
Burglary: 1600 block of MLK Boulevard. An apartment was broken into, 10:58 a.m. Saturday.
Theft: 5400 block of East End Boulevard. Someone stole a phone, 11:38 a.m. Saturday.
Telephone harassment: 300 block of Burleson Street. A person was being harassed through the phone, 12:57 p.m. Saturday.
Forgery financial instrument: 300 block of Burleson Street. There was an incident pertaining to theft of checks, 1:16 p.m. Saturday.
Assault: 100 block of Interstate Highway 20. A person was assaulted, 12:41 a.m. Sunday.
Assault family violence: 2800 block of Lake Street. Three subjects were involved in a fight, 6:01 a.m. Sunday.
Criminal mischief: 4500 block of Jeff Davis Street. A vehicle was damaged at a church, 12:42 p.m. Sunday.
Assault family violence: 300 block of Burleson Street. A woman was assaulted by her husband, 8:03 p.m. Sunday.
