Arrests by Marshall Police Department

Brian Alan Bullock, 24, 701 W. Burleson St., Marshall, public intoxication, 1:38 a.m., Wednesday.

Erron Michael Wilson, 24, 9357 Farm-to-Market Road 449, Marshall, driving while license expired, 3:07 a.m., Wednesday.

Incidents reported to Marshall Police Department

Criminal mischief: 1000 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard, 8:19 p.m., Tuesday.

Theft under $50: 100 block of East End Boulevard North, 11:16 a.m., Tuesday.

Assault family violence: 200 block of West Grand Avenue, 1:49 p.m., Tuesday.

Credit card abuse: 2000 block of East End Boulevard, 3:18 p.m., Tuesday.

Burglary of a motor vehicle: 1000 block of North Grove Street. A vehicle was broken into, 9:30 p.m., Tuesday.

Burglary: 1000 block of Brown Street. Someone broke into a residence and stole a wallet, 10:51 p.m., Tuesday.

Burglary: 2000 block of Lower Port Caddo Road. A residence was broken into, 11:37 p.m., Tuesday.

Johnathan Lee Odum, 3554 U.S. Highway 59, Spruce Pine, Ala., Franklin County, Ala., warrant for violation of probation for forgery of financial instrument, Tuesday.

Charles Earl Walker, 605A E. Crockett St., Marshall, county jail/assault causes bodily injury, Tuesday.

Anthony Christopher Colton, 200 Lon St., Marshall, parole violation, Tuesday.

Kristy Marie Rogers, 17340 Bent Pine Drive, Conroe, theft over $1,500 and under $20,000, Tuesday.

David Abel, Jr., 10950 Beaumont Highway, Conroe, criminal mischief, Tuesday.

Incidents reported to Harrison County Sheriff's Office

Assault: Lansing Switch Road. A woman was assaulted by her boyfriend, Monday.

Criminal mischief: Evergreen Road, Tuesday.

Jail Population

As of 4:22 p.m. Wednesday, there were 198 inmates in the custody of the Harrison County Jail. Wednesday. The facility is rated for a capacity of 164 with the rest housed out of county.
