Joshua Keith Hollingshead, 23, 306 Jasper Drive, public intoxication, 1:10 a.m. Sunday.
Tracy Wayne Horton, 36, 365 Circle 4667, Atlanta, two MPD warrants, 3:18 a.m. Sunday.
Demetrus Antonio Stoker, 34, 607 Murray Ave., speeding, expired driver's license and no insurance, 12:12 p.m. Sunday.
Incidents reported to Marshall Police Department
Animal complaint: 1700 block of Myrtlewood Drive. Two dogs kept killing cats and tearing up trash, 7:37 p.m. Saturday.
Prowler: 1300 block of Calloway Street. Someone was banging on the back side of a school building, 8:08 p.m. Saturday.
Reckless conduct: 3300 block of Washington Avenue. A vehicle was speeding and playing loud music, 9:25 p.m. Saturday.
Burglary: 1400 block of Fulton Street. Two men broke into a home and stole money, 9:29 p.m. Saturday.
Juvenile complaint: 1400 block of Paula Street. A teenager refused to come home, 10:43 p.m. Saturday.
Burglary: 1100 block of Grand Avenue. A store was possibly being burglarized, 11:05 p.m. Saturday.
Theft: 500 block of Charlotte Street. A vehicle was stolen from a house, 12:13 a.m. Sunday.
Prowler: 1000 block of Alvin Street. Someone was banging on the side of a house, 12:38 a.m. Sunday.
Disturbance: 500 block Meredith Street. A neighbor could be heard screaming, 12:49 a.m. Sunday.
Disorderly person: 700 block of Marshall Avenue. A man threatened to kill his wife and others, 1:42 a.m. Sunday.
Patrol request: 100 block of Willow Street. A house was broken into, 2:14 a.m. Sunday.
