Kenneth Wayne Hicks, 21, 1104 Spring St., Marshall, MPD warrant for no driver's license, 9:45 p.m., Wednesday.
Kendrick Dewayne Hicks, 23, 1104 Spring St., Marshall, MPD warrant for excessive noise, 9:54 p.m., Wednesday.
