Arrests by Marshall Police Department

Michael Joseph Foster, 36, 1300 E. Marshall Ave., Longview, forgery-financial instrument, 12:10 p.m., Wednesday.

Kenneth Wayne Hicks, 21, 1104 Spring St., Marshall, MPD warrant for no driver's license, 9:45 p.m., Wednesday.

Kendrick Dewayne Hicks, 23, 1104 Spring St., Marshall, MPD warrant for excessive noise, 9:54 p.m., Wednesday.

Incidents reported to Marshall Police Department

Forgery financial instrument: 1000 block of East End Boulevard North, 12:09 p.m., Wednesday.

Assault family violence: 1900 block of Maverick Drive. A female was assaulted, 2:05 p.m., Wednesday.

Burglary: 800 block of Boone Street. A residence was broken into, 3:16 p.m., Wednesday.

Theft over $1,500: 100 block of Interstate Highway 20. A laptop computer was stolen from a room, 4:37 p.m., Wednesday.

Burglary: 1000 block of Esplanade Street. A residence was broken into, 7:09 p.m., Wednesday.

Assault (all other & simple): 1000 block of Alvin Street. A female was assaulted by her boyfriend, 8:24 p.m., Wednesday.

Arrests by Harrison County Sheriff's Office

Stephen Andrew Shirley, 2306 North Franklin St., Marshall, affidavit of incarceration/burglary of a building, Wednesday.

April Rene Tripp, 248 Driskell Bridge Road, Harleton, interfering with public duties and resisting arrest, search or transport, Wednesday.

Bobby Daniel Tripp, 250 Driskell Bridge Road, Harleton, interfering with public duties and resisting arrest, search or transport, Wednesday.

Incidents reported to Harrison County Sheriff's Office

Forgery: Mineral rights were signed over without consent, Wednesday.

Arrests by Texas Department of Public Safety

Michael Bryan Wheeler, 2008 St. Francis St., Marshall, no valid inspection certificate, failure to appear, and speeding, Wednesday.
