Corey Dewayne Wilbert, 29, 2307 University Ave., Marshall, public intoxication, 3:26 a.m. Saturday.
Timothy Darin Easley, 43, 6543 U.S. Highway 80 E., Marshall, MPD warrants for no driver's license, driving while license invalid and speeding, 10:01 p.m. Friday.

Assault: 1200 block of Melanie Street. A 74-year-old man was assaulted, 4:06 p.m. Friday.

Telephone harassment: 1200 block of North Juanita Street, Longview, 8:30 p.m. Friday.
