A federal grand jury on Wednesday returned indictments against a Marshall woman and Longview man.
Jennifer Moore, 35, of Marshall is charged with armed bank robbery and using a firearm during a crime of violence, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney John Bales' office.
Authorities have accused Ms. Moore of the October robbery of the Texas National Bank in Bullard.
If convicted, Ms. Moore faces up to 25 years in federal prison.
Martin Rodriguez-Hernandez, 42, of Longview is charged with illegal re-entry of a deported alien, the release said.
Authorities have accused Rodriguez-Hernandez with being in Gregg County in July after having been previously deported.
If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
