POLICE REPORT: Grand jury indicts Marshall woman

A federal grand jury on Wednesday returned indictments against a Marshall woman and Longview man.

Jennifer Moore, 35, of Marshall is charged with armed bank robbery and using a firearm during a crime of violence, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney John Bales' office.

Authorities have accused Ms. Moore of the October robbery of the Texas National Bank in Bullard.

If convicted, Ms. Moore faces up to 25 years in federal prison.

Martin Rodriguez-Hernandez, 42, of Longview is charged with illegal re-entry of a deported alien, the release said.

Authorities have accused Rodriguez-Hernandez with being in Gregg County in July after having been previously deported.

If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in federal prison.

Burglary: 100 block of East Carolanne Boulevard. A woman's ex-husband stole her double fish cooker and two boxes of tools from her shed, 7:38 a.m., Tuesday.

Theft over $1,500: 200 block of Preston Street. Jewelry was stolen from a residence, 8:05 a.m., Tuesday.

Criminal mischief: 1000 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard, 8:39 a.m., Tuesday.

Forgery of a financial instrument: 300 block of East End Boulevard North, 9:56 a.m., Tuesday.

Harassment: 600 block of Pinewood Drive, 10:35 a.m., Tuesday.

Burglary: 1000 block of Mahone Street, 1:14 p.m., Tuesday

David Paul Lueking, 9298 U.S. Highway 59 North, Woodlawn, indecency with a child/sexual contact, Tuesday.

Oscar Lavelle Smith, Jr., 1405 Brown St., Marshall, truancy, Tuesday.

Kevin Darnell Toney, 2102 Pemberton St., Marshall, truancy, Tuesday.

Todd Eugene Dalton, 327 River Forge Road, Nanchester, Tenn., possession of a cell phone and components of cell phone, Tuesday.

Dereal Jace Holley, 306 Magnolia St., White Oak, bond forfeiture for theft by check, Tuesday.

Carl Dwight Chance, 505 Holland St., Marshall, possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone, and McLennen County warrant for criminal nonsupport, Tuesday.

Incidents reported to Harrison County Sheriff's Office

Theft: Farm-to-Market Road 1793. Auto parts were taken from a residence, Tuesday.

Criminal mischief: Milton Street. A vehilce was keyed, Tuesday.

Jail Population

As of 3:17 p.m. Wednesday, there were 187 inmates in the Harrison County Jail. The jail is rated for a capacity of 164 with the rest housed out of county.
