ELECTION DAY, Nov. 3

On special elections, counties are allowed to consolidate polling places, said Elections Administrator Pam Brock. The Harrison County Commissioners voted to consolidate at an August meeting.

The six locations are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.:

Marshall Civic Center: Constitutional Amendments only. Precincts 1, 2, 3, 8, 10, 11, 21 and 22.

Karnack T.J. Taylor Community Center: Karnack ISD Chapter 41 and Constitutional Amendments. Precincts 5 and 17.

Woodlawn Community Center: ESD. 6, Karnack ISD and Constitutional Amendments. Precincts 4, 9, 14 and 18.
