Harleton High School students and staff set a record during the school's Sept. 22 blood drive. During the event, Carter BloodCare collected 38 units of blood. It was the first time to give blood for some of the students.

Mrs. Pete would like to say a special thanks to HHS senior Shelby Morris. A lot of the success of this endeavor is due to her tireless work in signing students up and keeping the "traffic" flowing smoothly.
