Eona Latrece Hurd, 21, 2516 Evans, theft, MPD warrant for failure to yield at a stop sign, 9:52 p.m. Saturday.
Kelli Ann Collies, 28, 122 Bera Apt. 9, Jefferson, public intoxication, 1:48 a.m. Sunday.
Incidents reported to the Marshall Police Department
Reckless conduct: Poplar Street. A vehicle was all over the road, 6:22 p.m. Saturday.
Reckless conduct: 900 block of East End Boulevard. A red Mustang almost ran another vehicle off the road, 7:25 p.m. Saturday.
Accident: 1100 block of Warren Drive. A vehicle landed in the ditch, 7:35 p.m. Saturday.
Disturbance: Norwood Street. A person was throwing clothes out on a yard, 8:22 p.m. Saturday.
Disturbance: 2500 block of East End Boulevard. There was a disturbance at an apartment, 8:31 p.m. Saturday,
Juvenile complaint: 1000 block of Rusk Street. Four boys and a girl were causing problems for children who were trick or treating, 8:31 p.m. Saturday.
Disturbance: 300 block of Bishop Street. A male subject was left unconscious after being kicked in the head, 8:32 p.m. Saturday.
Intoxicated driver: 600 block of Interstate Highway 20. 9:13 p.m. Saturday.
Shoplifting: 1700 block of East End Boulevard. A female was placed in custody after being caught shoplifting at a store, 9:35 p.m. Saturday.
Intoxicated driver: Loop Highway 390. 9:46 p.m. Saturday.
Dispute/family/civil: 800 block of Francis Street. A woman was receiving harassing text messages from neighbors, 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Disorderly person: 800 block of Washington Avenue. A female was causing problems in the emergency room of a hospital, 10:36 p.m. Saturday.
Assault: 300 block of Burleson Street. A person was jumped by others, 11:22 p.m. Saturday.
Soliciting: 300 block of Highway 20. Unknown males carrying a gas can were asking for money, 12:01 a.m. Sunday.
Accident: Carter/Alvin. There were no injuries reported from an accident, 1:17 a.m. Sunday.
Suspicious person: 3900 block of Forest Trail. Three male subjects were walking back and forth by a person's fence, 1:53 a.m. Sunday.
Disturbance: Wiley Avenue. Someone heard a disturbance near a college, 2: a.m. Sunday.
