Marshall's girls basketball team is close to kicking off its season, but the Lady Mavs still have some open dates remaining on their schedule.

Marshall has home spots available Nov. 24, Dec. 22 and Jan. 26. Road spots are open Dec. 1 and Dec. 8 and home or road dates are available Dec. 28 and Dec. 29. The Lady Mavs are also have Nov. 19-21 open for a game or tournament.

Marshall finished in fourth place in District 13-4A last season, advancing to the bi-district round of the playoffs, where it dropped a close decision to Jacksonville.
