Marshall Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta will host its 11th annual Red Hat Luncheon noon Saturday, February 9th at the Marshall Visual Art Center.  Proceeds from the Luncheon support academic. cultural and civic activities for young ladies age 11 to 18 through meetings, workshops, forums and visits to historic, cultural and community service locations.  The Luncheon features Silent Auction and Fashion Show and also represents the first of several events to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Chapter.  Public assistance is requested in locating descendants of Charter Members: Emma Anderson, Irma Black Rambo, Annette J Harris, Constance Irving Howell, Eddye Johnson Hampton, Freddye Mays Burns, Diana E.
