Elizabeth Rodriguez and Walter McClellan

Walter McClellan and Elizabeth Rodriguez have announced their engagement to be married October 14, 2016 in Austin, TX. Walter is the son of Leland and Karen McClellan of Marshall and Donna McClellan of Jefferson. He is the grandson of Joy McGriff and the late Donald George of Jefferson and Katherine Lloyd McClellan of McClellanville, SC. Walter graduated from Full Sail University with a degree in Music Business Management. He is the founder and CEO of Toast ENT an entertainment and wedding business with branches in Dallas, San Antonio and New Orleans.

Elizabeth (Liz) is the daughter of Linda and Ricardo Rodriguez Jr. of El Paso, TX. She is the granddaughter of Ricardo Rodriguez Sr. and the late Francesca Rodriguez of El Paso, TX and Anita Capp of El Paso. Liz is a graduate of Austin Community College. She will complete her studies in May 2017 with a degree in psychology from Texas State University. Liz has had an extensive career in restaurant management and is currently the Head of wedding planning at Toast ENT in Austin.

After a wedding trip to Europe the couple will reside in Austin with their faithful companion Muddy.
