Jefferson theatre group casting for July production
The Opera House Theatre Players, of Jefferson, are still casting for the 4-woman musical, “Marvelous Wonderettes: Dream On,” to be produced in July.
The director will be Jefferson newcomer Paul Moore, who will take over the directing chores from the original director and group founder, Marcia Thomas, who was hurt recently in an accident.
The show will also require a musical director for the score, which is made up of songs from the 60s and 70s period. It follows the same four women on their trek through life, with the first show being “Marvelous Wonderettes,” produced successfully by the Players two years ago.
