Harrison County investigators on Monday announced they filed a fifth charge against a physician's assistant previously charged with exposing himself to patients.
The most recent charge filed against Christopher Magill involved an alleged assault by physical contact, said Harrison County sheriff's investigator Jay Webb.
Magill's license was suspended on Aug. 4 by the Texas board of Medical Examiners and also suspended in Louisiana after allegations were made by female patients of the clinics where he worked.
Magill was released on this misdemeanor charge on a $500.00 bond on Sept. 24.
