Tommy Wayne Anderson, 42, of Marshall was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 23.

Devin Demarcus Copeland, 23, of Marshall was arrested and charged with harassment on Nov. 23.

Dearius Sente Shelton, 25, of Arlington was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces on Friday.

James Eric Odell Smelley, 37, of Hallsville was arrested and charged with tamper with oil/gas rigs without written authority, criminal trespass and criminal mischief causing damage worth between $100 and $750 on Friday.
