  • Jeremy Wayne Ford, 33, of Marshall, was arrested on the charge of public intoxication on Monday.
  • John Aaron Lawless, 33, of Marshall, was arrested on the charge of driving while intoxicated-1st offense on Monday.
  • Daniel Keith West, 30, of Tyler, was arrested on the charge of public intoxication and an other agency warrant (Van Zandt County) on Monday.

  • David Earl Jones, 49, of Hallsville, was arrested on the charge of abuse of official capacity on Sunday.
  • Richard Landaverde, 22, of Kilgore, was arrested on the charges of aggravated flight from an officer (Caddo Parish), illegal possession of stolen things (Caddo Parish), theft of property $30,000 to $150,000, evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle, parole violation, aggravated assault upon a peace officer (Caddo Parish), illegal possession of stolen things (Bossier Parish), aggravated flight from a peace officer (Bossier Parish) and flight from a peace officer (Caddo Parish) on Saturday.
  • Heath Brandon Marlow, 39, of Longview, was arrested on the charge of theft of property $100 to $750 on Sunday.
  • Jenifer Green Smith, 45, of Deberry, was arrested on the charges of public intoxication and speeding-10% pr more above posted speed limit on Friday.
  • Charleszetta Yourenne Taylor, 53, pf Waskom, was arrested on the charge of driving while intoxicated BAC of 0.15 or higher on Friday.
  • Mallory Brooke Webster, 29, of Jefferson, was arrested on the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces (Gregg County) on Saturday.
  • Villela Yareli, 27, of Longview, was arrested on the charges of evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, unauthorized use of vehicle and theft of property $1,500 to $20,000 (Bossier Parish) on Saturday.
  • Johnathon Edward Cherry, 44, of Marshall, was arrested on the charges of driving while license invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility, operation of vehicle with expired registration and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces on Friday.

  • Joshua Clay Shannon, 29, of Longview, was arrested on the charge of abandonment/endangerment of a child criminal negligence on Friday.
  • Shelby Janell Elliott, 39, of Hallsville, was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug on Monday.
  • Any Louise Schmitt, 44, of Longview, was arrested on the charges of failure to display a drivers license, display of expired license plate, defective tires, open container in motor vehicle-driver and failure to maintain financial responsibility on Monday.
