  • Kenneth Albert Zihlman, 39, of Marshall, was arrested on the charges of possession of a controlled substance-penalty group 1 1-4 grams and display expired license plates on Wednesday.
  • Charles Ray Mason, 30, of Hallsville, was arrested on the charges of evading arrest/detention and on a Harrison County warrant on Wednesday.
  • Christopher Charles Summerville, 48, of Gilmer, was arrested on a Harrison County warrant on Friday.

Arrests made by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office

  • Jose Luis Cadenas, 27, of Longview, was arrested on the charge of driving while intoxicated on Thursday.
  • Lacie Danielle Lachney, 35, of Gilmer, was arrested on the charges of theft of property $100 to $750 (Gregg County) and possession of a controlled substance-penalty group 1 less than 1 gram on Wednesday.
  • Heather Lynn Meredith, 33, of Marshall, was arrested on the charge of displayed expired license plates/registration on Thursday.
  • Brian Joseph Webb, 36, of Marshall, was arrested on the charges of driving while license invalid or alcohol suspension, failure to maintain financial responsibility with previous conviction, burglary of a habitation and burglary of a building on Wednesday.
  • Dustin Ryan Broyles, 38, of Hallsville, was arrested on the charges of speeding-10% or more above posted speed limit and expired driver’s license on Wednesday.
  • Jose Silvestre Salgado, 22, of Marshall, was arrested on the charge of forgery of a financial instrument on Wednesday.
  • Colton Ray Scott, 26, homeless, was arrested on the charges of driving while intoxicated BAC 0.15 or more (Collin County) and interfering with public duties on Wednesday.
